About HighLordNiteshade
One of the original founders of the adventuring party Damage, High Lord Niteshade continues to serve as Chief Counsel and Court Mage. Of all the members of that adventuring party, he is closest to the King, and they have been good friends for a very long time. Niteshade is that rare commodity – a good necromancer. This profession requires an unflinching dedication to good. Perhaps the discipline required, or perhaps his close association with His Majesty Cherik "Bull" Bunky, has gradually shifted his alignment from Chaotic to Neutral over the years. He likes to dress all in black, and has a fanatical dedication to his friends. He makes those friends slowly, and is slow to trust, so most of his friends tend to be long term. His wife, Liljanna, is a Harper and a former member of the Knights of Mistmore adventuring party from Cormyr. Liljana and Niteshade have two children who are often found with the Crown Prince and Steelheart, their young dragon friend. Niteshade is completely dedicated to a strong Kingdom, and wields all his power to ensure that happens.
