I remember there was some 1st edition monster that had acid blood that hurt you when you damaged it. Can someone tell me what it is?
Well, the Gray Ooze and Black Pudding deals acid damage to things that hit it. the Babua has slime around it that deals acid damage. There is a really big snake, Sepsp that absolutely wrecks weapons that hit it.
There are quite a few monsters that might fit your bill. Go here and search for 'acid damage' and just check the monster box, and you'll get a decent list to look through.
I thin think the seps is it. I specifically remember it had acid blood, as opposed to being made of acid or something.

Caustic Blood can be made permenant?!
This is good news [to me], as it allows one to have both Caustic Blood AND Toxic Blood permenantly active... acid AND Black Adder Venom, take THAT!!!
It's a fun combination for a Venom Siphoner Witch, which gets her own Toxic Blood at level 6. And if this certain Venom Siphoner Witch happens to be a Grippli with a certain Toxic Skin alternative racial feature... Black-Blooded Bloodrager's Retributive Spray or Black-Blooded Oracle's Black Blood Spray could both be made to work well with such a theme, too.

Any spell can be made permanent with GM permission and oversight. Players have to stick to the list of spells in the Permanency spell description.

Yeah, I would never allow a player to make this permanent :P My general rule is anything 10min/lvl or longer is: Yes, can be Permanent. Anything 1min/lvl or shorter is: Absolutely Not, okay fine maybe if it's not that overpowered and you bribe me with cookies, sex, or pizza.
