Thoughts I have had are:
1 ghost sound flatulence
2 change self, commit crimes looking like that person
3 silent image, pee stains on pants
4 silent image of person dancing badly in moonlight while wearing a diaper
5 animate rope to tie shoe strings to things so they constantly trip and look like a baffoon

Prestidigitation is your friend here. Changing colours and tastes is a natural for pranksters. Cloak of secrets could be used offensively for this sort of thing too. Try to avoid being so obvious that everyone realises it's an illusionist with a hate on rather than your target at fault tho'.

Spreading rumours and gossip is something that anyone can do, but it'd work better for someone with some bluff or maybe diplomacy. There are traits to make those int-based. Not even wizards are required to use spells for everything.

Hypnotism or implant urge to get someone to agree to a request. Maybe a dumb request which besmirches their reputation.

Knowledge (local), divinations like ears of the city or discern next of kin to dig up someone's dirty laundry. Many people have secrets they'd be embarrassed to have revealed.

You can gaslight them with spells like Auditory Hallucination to make them mishear orders from those above them and/or make certain individuals around them hear different things from them… over time they will either go crazy and ruin their reputation for you or they will end up ruining it for you as a direct result of actions taken from one of your castings.
