He can’t use his kinetic blast without a form infusion, nor can he ever use his kinetic blast with the chain, extended range, extreme range, foe throw, flurry of blasts, many throw, or snake form infusions, or with any other form infusion that requires a ranged attack roll or ranged touch attack roll.
That's a minor point which doesn't work, but I think you're trying to get lots of unarmed attacks with assorted kinds of elemental damage added to them. That works, though the elemental fist is +1d6 on exactly one attack per day, chosen before you make the attack roll. And stacking the penalties for flurry of maneuvers and flurry of blows (even if you can do that) is likely to make the trip attempt fail; I think you're looking at +2 CMB total, followed by the flurry at +2/+2 attack and possibly an AoO at a similar bonus at 3rd level. This is flurry of misses territory.

Take racial heritage (frost giant) and grab the feat born of frost for +1d6 cold on every unarmed attack
There's also an electric version for cloud giants

In the first three levels you should be focused more on accuracy than worrying about adding elemental damage to your attacks.
Cool flaming fingers, bro... you can't hit $#!+...
Take Monk to level 4... great saves, Ki Pool, feats, +3 BAB...
Then take 4 levels of Shifter...
Then take 4 levels of Kineticist...
Or, just take 12 levels of Monk... pretty sure an Oread Student of Stone gets Elemental Fist (acid), and stacks with Scaled Fist for whatever other element you want... add Qinggong for Scortching Ray and $#!+...
