Advanced rangefinder

This should be split up, imo.

There should be a Rangefinder innovation at level 1 that increases the range of the weapon by 10 feet. Advanced Rangefinder should add the sniper trait AND the Fatal d8/d10/d12 trait. (whatever feels right)

The reason I say this should be the case is that at level 1, there are barely any ranged options and increasing the range by 10 feet isn't that big of a deal.

Sniper also is kind of a weak trait, so Sniper+Fatal certainly sounds good.

10 feet is about the same as most level 1 or 2 range extending feats. On long range weapons, it's a drop in the bucket, for shorter range weapons, it's pretty nice
