Hi...

as a witch I want to calculate the DC of the spell "Debilitating Portent".

10 + 1/2 level + intelligence

is this correct?

cha for oracle, wis for cleric but the description says nothing about how it works for a witch. but i guess it is int.

Intelligence is the Witch's "casting ability" and determines their spell DC, yes.

The DCs seems to be generally very high.

10+spell level+primary casting modifier.

that is just how u would calculate it normally but not for Debilitating Portent.

Since Wisdom is the casting ability of Clerics, it is reasonable to assume Intelligence mod for Witches.

I just came here with the same question. I think the point the OP is making is that the wording of this spell does NOT say "modifier" - it just straight up says the stat. Is this spell an exception to the normal rule of + stat modifier, or is it really supposed to have a particularly difficult save?

The quote...
"...it must succeed at a Will saving throw with a DC = 10 + 1/2 caster level + Charisma (in the case of oracles) or Wisdom (in the case of clerics)."

You'll notice it doesn't say Charisma "modifier", or Wisdom "modifier".
Is this an error?
