You (in real life) gain one of the Mythic Simple Templates. Which one do you pick?

These Templates

Assume you get Mythic Power and Surge, even though it doesn’t say you do, otherwise the Mythic Magic of the Arcane and Divine Templates would be useless, and assume d8 HD since you are a humanoid.

I’d choose Agile. Being able to get twice as many actions in my life would be like I’m living twice as long. Plus, I can now finally react to things in a reasonable fashion. Don’t know why my initiative is so low, but now it’s high, so that’s amazing. Plus, being the fastest human alive, WITHOUT training, would be kinda cool I guess. And finally, nothing I do is too superhuman either, so I won’t draw the attention of any government (hopefully).

I'd go with arcane myself sure the odds of gaining limited wish, wish, create demiplane are slim but even lower level spells especially if you allow custom (properly built) ones would allow so much.

Level 1 spell - keep watch
Gain the benefit of 8 hours rest provided you do no vigorous activity spend the night reading or watching tv and be rested in the morning.

Level 1 spell - Disguise self
See what lifes like as the opposite gender, different race. Make it to second level spells and actually be that person including a child (small humanoid).

Level 1 spell - feather fall
no need to fear heights.

Just a few options you'll probably be able to nab from the start. In the unlikely even you can claw your way up to 6th level take limited wish and open up all lower level spells including divine ones. Get to 8th level and take wish. Sure they're expensive as all get out but I'm pretty sure 25 thousand for a wish to "be physically 21 again" would be worth it.

Plus you can power them up to mythic versions if need be.

I love martial arts and compete in amateur mma so champion would probably be the most usefull for me.

Agile.
This would put my run speed at just under 28mph... Fastest in the world.
This opens up potential for professional sports $$.
Additionally in any aggressive/combat situation I would likely go first with the +initiative, hopefully keeping me alive.
