Chapel of the Rent Flesh ideas

Any make a Chapel of the Rent Flesh for their group? Any ideas?
I am thinking of making one, well, maybe taking another adventure and reworking it to fit this. Was looking to see if anyone had already done this and could give any advice.
This seems like a good place for creepy horror.

Gonna be honest, when I read "Chapel of Rent Flesh" I was thinking "Rent = Hire/Lease" not "Rent = past tense of Rend" (eg. The chapel of Rent Flesh is a chapel of a feetility goddess and acts as a brothel or somesuch, not a house of pain).

No ideas but BUMB to see if anyone else has some.

Uh only thing I can think of for module is Temple of Elemental Evil.

Yeah I googled Chapel of Rent Flesh and got THIS as the first result (which I'm assuming doesn't help much).

There are a few others on there, sounds very Kyton to me personally, but I'm really not familiar with the subject.
