Shackled City is excellent. I don’t know that any adventure is worth $100+ unless it’s a mint collector item, but it seems at least some think so. I only recall reading Age of Wyrms when it was released in Dungeon. I didn’t think it was as good as Shackled City, but I know a lot of people would disagree. If you can find a cheap copy of the former or perhaps get your hands on the original versions printed in Dungeon or borrow scans, it’s worth it. Be aware that they aren’t as polished as APs are now. They were new and Paizo was still feeling out the development aspects, but the stories are good and the encounters are generally enjoyable. Good luck

Heh, the Pathfinder APs are built on enough people thinking this way :)
I think on has to keep in mind that the old Dragon APs all went from Level 1 to Level 20. Compared to the prices WotC calls for their hardcover books, 100$ for the Shackled City books doesn't seem too much for me (I'd certainly never sell my copy this cheap^^). Of course, one has to keep in mind that if you don't want to run them with 3.5 rules, there's quite a bit of converting to do.
My favorite from those three is indeed Age of Worms, but they are all good. Pathfinder APs tend to go a bit easier on the players than the Dragon APs did, and due to the way they are produced and edited, they are a bit more coherent. And dammit, those dungeons were huge compared to what we generally find in Pathfinder adventures these days. Still, I loved them back then and I still love them today.

I love Shackled City and still break out the hardcover to read it over again from time to time. I always wanted to get Age of Wyrms and Savage Tides. I just found the old thread that has a link for conversions of Shackled City to Pathfinder 1e. Hope this helps you.
