Not too long ago, you had replaced my Starfinder Core Rulebook with a new one due to the book binding issue. Now my replacement book is showing the same signs of binding issues. My order number is for the original replacement book. I am a bit disappointment at the lack of quality binding, Paizo is known for their high quality books. I hope you can replace my book again. I did send an email to customer service with the correct info (check my second email). The second book sat on my bookshelf until recently, when I noticed the flaw again. Thank you for your time and assistance, I do appreciate it.
