I have an idea for an Aasimar character that uses Sunlight Strike and Heavenly Radiance, and I would like to find a way to get the spell Fear the Sun into the spell list of a class that can use Arcane Strike.
Right now I can think of the Eldritch Scoundrel UnRogue and possibly the Magus using whatever it is that gives them access to some Wizard spells.
Any 6/9 Charisma casters that can get it?
Any obvious tricks I am missing?
Magus archetype Eldritch Scion is a 6/9 charisma-based spontaneous caster. Is that what you are looking for?

Eldritch Scion checks all the boxes. I was hoping to get access to the spell before level 19, though. Lol.
I know there's rings and pages of knowledge, but I want to explore any other available options.
I was mis-thinking Magus got those spells as they went along. Mea culpa. And that spell is not on the Arrowsong Minstrel list of allowed spells. Mea culpa ditto.
Could you try spell research? As a GM, I would look favorably upon the attempt due to the flavor with the Aasimar character.
antipaladin 1, arcanist 2, bloodrager 1, cleric 2, druid 2, hunter 2, inquisitor 2, occultist 2, oracle 2, psychic 2, shaman 2, sorcerer 2, warpriest 2, witch 2, wizard 2
A silksworn occultist is a 6-level spellcaster. A magus with spell blending can get it at class level 6, or an eldritch scoundrel rogue, cabalist vigilante or warlock vigilante uses a spell list which gets it without being the class with the same name as the spell list. A bloodrager is a 4-level spellcaster but it's a 1st level spell for them.
There may be others but that should be enough to find a decent match to your concept.
I like the spell research idea. It is fitting thematically for the Aasimar.
I really don't want to rely on Skald/Spell Kenning... the full round casting time is just SO LAME.
