Will Paizo be issuing refunds for unwanted shipments?

Good morning,
I understand there are huge delays in processing requests. I'll be honest, I don't know why the power to change subscriptions was taken out of the users' hands and that we're now required to email or call to get changes made. That said, given the delays, will Paizo be accepting returns and issuing refunds for unwanted shipments for which we've submitted requests a month in advance to cancel? I do not want to pay for items I no longer want and have requested weeks ago to be stopped.

Paizo has never had that kind of system, so nothing has been taken out of our hands.


Yes, they have been issuing refunds for unwanted shipments.

I believe it's on a case by case basis.

Hello Harliquinn,

If a request has been made to cancel an order or subscription and we don't get to it before the order ships because we are backed up, like now, we usually do offer a refund. It looks like yours was cancelled before the July orders began shipping.

CrystalSeas is correct. Paizo.com has never had an option for customers to cancel subscriptions on their own.
