I'm not sure why you are taking Power Attack: you don't seem to be developing it.
As I advised you before: I strongly recommend a Sundering Build: The combination of the d20 Katana that does 2d6, the D20 Sunder Feat that gives you double damage vs. all inanimate objects, + Greater Sunder, where the residual Damage goes to the opponent is devastating! So, then you take Pathfinder Great Cleave for multiple opponents.
You were talking about wanting skills: Smart Heroes have more. Then, rather than take Dodge, as a Charismatic Bonus Feat, you can take Combat Expertise as a Smart Bonus Feat. I would have you take Improved Trip rather than Improved Feint, then I'd have you take Improved Combat Throw over Agile Riposte. Improved Combat Throw, like Agile Riposte, gives you an Attack of Opportunity whenever you are Attacked and Missed, but Agile Riposte is limited to 1/round, and Improved Combat Throw is not. Also, the d20 Improved Trip gives you a Free Action Attack as they go down. Pahthfinder Greater Trip gives you an Attack of Opportunity as they go down.
Are you allowed to multiclass in the regular way?

I liked your Magus idea better: you get your d20 Modern Katana; use your Arcane Pool to take Impact, then cast Enlarge Person and your base Damage is 4d6 + whatever you do with Spellstrike. Then use Sunder + Greater Sunder to inflict Double Damage with every hit.
Then you really have a reason to take Power Attack!

Power attack is a straight DPR increase almost all the time. You don't have to build on it, though you certainly can do as Scott suggests.
Note that your dodge is the sucky D&D 3.0 one which only applies to one enemy - talking your GM into using the later version can't happen because you're getting agile riposte which requires 3.0 dodge to function.

I haven't asked yet whether he Cromwell is allowed to take either or bothd versions of Feats like Dodge or Power Attack.

1: Power Attack
1: Weapon Focus (Katana)
2: Dodge
2: Combat Expertise
3: Swordplay Style
4: Improved Feint
4: Agile Riposte
What are your ability scores? If you have a Charisma of 15, perhaps you can get Frightful Presence. Knowing your ability scores helps you plan future feats.
Improved Feint plus Bluff as a class skill? That is awesome :)
