*Stature --> daughter of Scott Lang from both Ant-Man movies (& Endgame).
*Speed & Wiccan --> Wanda's twin sons from WandaVision.
*Patriot --> I think he appeared in The Falcon & the Winter Soldier ? (Dunno; haven't seen this one.)
Technically, we've also been introduced to a Kid Loki (from the Loki series)...
So, just need Iron-Lad (actually a young version of Kang) & Hulkling (maybe introduced in Secret Invasion ?) & possibly Marvel Boy/Noh Varr (maybe introduced in the supposed Captain Marvel 2 ??).
We'll see!

I keep forgetting they brought the Maximoff twins back in the comics. I think it was during the time when I had stopped getting most of their stuff because it sucked.
I still remember when they were bits of Mephisto’s essence, and he tricked Master Pandemonium into finding them for him. Damn, I’m old.

That remains one of the most horrifying comics I ever read. That was just messed up seeing those kids stuck to the guys arms.

He's still got those, Grey...
Also yes I'm pretty sure Shummy was who was attacking Strange. And yes, America Chavez in her natural element IE denim jacket and shorts. As for you not knowing the Young Avengers A-zombie...some times I think the 2000s just passed you by.
Also whether or not that's Strange Surpreme is unclear...but MAYBE. At least Wanda kept her new outfit. :)

Stature, Speed, Wiccan, Patriot, Kate Bishop/Hawkeye and America Chavez
6 Young Avengers and counting.
And more young characters on the cusp. Yelena's got great chemistry with Kate, even if she's not an original Young Avenger, and there was a Joaquin Torres in F&tWS (who, in the comics, is the new Falcon).
Still waiting to see where Teddy would show up. (Thematically, some sort of Skrull or Captain Marvel centric show.)
Having White Vision be the 'Jonas' of a YA team could be interesting. He's not a teen, but he is kinda only gonna be a few months old, and still assimilating the memories and feelings downloaded into him at the end of WandaVision.

Would prefer not to have Steve come back (or some iteration thereof) -- much like Stark, he made his choice to completely eff up the time-stream
Agreed. Leave them gone (Rogers) or dead (Stark). Let new blood take over. The only problem I foresee is who will lead the Avengers.

Both Black Knight or Photon/Spectrum have led the team before in the comics (also Captain Marvel in recent years, although I don't think she was particularly good at it...).
I guess we'll have to wait & watch it all unfold! ;)
Carry on,

I wouldn’t mind seeing Rambeau as a new team leader. I thought that actress was one of the highlights of the Wanda series. However, she is very new, both to the MCU and with her powers, is I doubt that’ll happen.
Honestly, of all the characters remaining, I’m thinking the one with the best ability to lead the Avengers would be Bucky. He’s got a good handle on his own skills, is familiar with many of the players, and has plenty of field experience leading a team. Plus, Sebastian Stan has done a great job with the character.

Bucky might be a good field leader...but trust is key. And let's face it, NO ONE trusts him that much. I mean sure he and Sam managed to work out their issues, but no way that equates to him running the next version of the Avengers.
Shuri taking over for BP WOULD have made sense...but current public opinion about Letitia Wright makes that seem less likely. It's more about her than her character honestly. (Even though I agree, Shuri should take over for BP...I think they are going another route for the next BP movie.)

I have not seen Falcon and the Winter Soldier, but in the comics Falcon was viewed as a responsible, effective leader for the Avengers for a while, if memory serves.
And it's not like he doesn't have leadership background from when he was in pararescue.

I thought about his time in the military, but I couldn't seem to recall them mentioning him in a leadership role, only that he was part of a duo and his partner was killed. I certainly wouldn't mind seeing him in the lead spot, though. Anthony Mackie is really great in that role.
Another thought I had was to bring Thor back to Earth in time for the next Avengers movie. I think it would be cool to give Hemsworth a chance to shine as leader of the Avengers. Plus, it would give the team another heavy hitter besides Hulk.

Avengers MCU never really had a singular formal leader, with the possible exception of Natasha being the one operating mission command during the earlier part of Endgame. In general, Cap issued battle tactics, but Tony often was responsible for directing the Avengers' attention toward where it was needed, and most decisions were agreed upon before proceeding (with the obvious problem of Civil War being they were polarized on what to do about the Sokovia Accords). After the Civil War split, it was very much characterized as Tony's team vs Cap's team, sure, but even then that's obviously not one person, it's two. In Endgame it returns to Tony really taking the lead in what the Avengers do (figuring out how to do the time heist once Scott proposes the idea), and Cap says a few inspiring words here and there. And different team members took the lead or were looked to for expertise if they were the ones who were the best for the particular situation.
I'd argue that indeed while it may make sense to continue to have sort of a field commander and a logistics/ideas lead, who those people are may indeed shift from need to need and mission to mission. In a space fight, Captain Marvel may be looked to for guidance. In a challenge that involves a lot of complex Science!, Bruce or Hope or maybe even Hank or Janet is consulted. For on the ground military tactics, perhaps Sam or Bucky. Is the challenge magical? Then they're going to listen to Dr. Strange (or perhaps Wanda once she learns more about the magical world).

Eh maybe but it always seemed to me that the Avengers worked best with one leader and one field person. But who knows...
Note I am specifically talking about the MCU here, what has been established, in looking at what might be to come, not the comics tradition of assigning one leader to a given Avengers team. And moreover, frankly, the Avengers in the MCU have always been a bit dysfunctional, always bickering and fighting amongst themselves before addressing the problem at hand. Wanting to shape things the way they always have to me seems to wish for its continued dysfunction. A team that worked more collaboratively and let each members' strengths shine would be a better one to look up to IMO. While I can see the argument that strong leadership could also help them gel better, there are so many strong personalities among them a more collaborative approach IMO would be better.

Hard to argue against dysfunction when the first movie is about them eking out a win despite the fact that they don’t work well together; the second movie is about how the rich guy goes against the wishes of the rest of the team and puts the entire world at risk; the third movie is about how they completely fracture; the fourth movie is about how that fracture causes them to fail and the final movie is about how they kind common ground in self sacrifice.
