It's just been brought to my attention that we did not correctly update the treasure table in the back of The Dragon Who Stole Evoking Day, and that the Guide does not include a chart that explains how we generate quest treasure.
Since a quest grants 1/4 of the XP of a standard scenario, it also grants 1/4 of the scenario max reward for that level. So the treasure chart in the back of the scenario should say:
Level — Reward
3 —— 9.5 gp
4 —— 16 gp
5 —— 25 gp
6 —— 37.5 gp

Thank you, Linda!

Question about the D.D. special item reward...

"[It] has a chance to dazzle and deafen its target. A creature struck... must succeed on a Fort save or become dazzled for 1 round."

There's nothing about being deafened. Are you deafened on a crit fail? If so, how long?

The Hazards are gonna be a ton of fun to run!

The deafened part is an error. Please ignore :)

Hi Linda, is it assumed that PCs automatically acquire the treasure in quests? There is no treasure bundle info in this quest or several others.

Quests give a fixed amount of gold for completion rather than Treasure Bundles. This amount is equal to 1/4 of the total value of 10 Treasure Bundles for the appropriate level and is listed where Treasure Bundles are located in scenarios. There should also be a chart, or column in the existing Treasure Bundles chart, added to the guide in the near future that will include these values, as detailed in the OP above.

Thanks Michael.

If the group completes this quest at Subtier 3-4, can they still buy moderate dwarven daisies? Can they buy formulae for the dwarven daisies, or do they need to spend Downtime reverse-engineering them? One of my alchemist players is curious.

I'm confused if pcs seriously need to roll perception to notice big pile of fireworks(four times) ._. Wouldn't be problem if home game, but in society game kinda confused about how the "Stealth DC 18 (trained)" works in this case. Since its trained too that means they don't get free roll, they have to actively spend action to search for... Big pile of fireworks.

Is it really intended that the tail lash is a free action (and can therefore be used to retaliate against EACH strike)?

In the Bestiary that's a Reaction, which is more normal for an extra Strike.

Running this tomorrow, I would appreciate a response to the last three questions.

OP Guide:

Formulas
The pathfinder society will sell formulas to members for any non-limited item for which the agent has access. Items with a number restriction, including Unique Items, are considered so esoteric that the Society does not own the formula and so complicated that it is not possible to reverse engineer the formula even with a legendary degree of skill.

No formula available and can't reverse engineer.
