Arcadia, most of what lies east of the world's edge mountains (Iobaria, greater empire of Kelesh,...) for a start.

I would like to see more aquatic adventures. Not elemental plane of water stuff, just lost sunken cities of ancient Golarion. Shipwrecks, too. That'd be cool.
