This isn't a mechanical note, but more of a setting note.
Will we be getting any sort of setting information in regards to how Solarion & Vanguards interact in the setting? I feel like their 'power sources' are fairly similar what with "suns form and galaxies die" in the Vanguard description and the Solarion using Solar Manifestations.
I feel like, for instance a Vanguard could just as likely train at the Pradulex Monastery as a Solarion, but I may be off-base and getting that clarified on the final product might be good.

I remember talking about that on facebook. Solarions usually remind me more of a Samurai-themed class, while the Vanguard has a more budoka/sumo thing going on;they both seem classes that originated from the Kasatha.
Maybe not on the playtest, but will there be more lore connecting the two on the final product?

Off the top of my head Solarians power works in cycles. Rotating like orbits of the two forces that make of their abilities. They focus on balance to generate power.
Vanguards seem to flip that on it's head focusing on the raw energy of entropy and how it is both self and externally destructive. Drawing from that chaos for strength.
Very much a rivals schools thing. The two halves of a larger coin.
I wonder what they use as symbols of their craft. Solarians have the sun and blackhole. I'd almost think Vanguards would be nuclear. Radiation Hazard emblems and bright neon colors by contrast.

Entropy is both Chaos and Order and the various amounts of each in any given system, I imagine Lawfully Aligned Vanguards being the front end fighters of the HellKnight Orders and the Stewards as well as the Elite Shock troopers of the Azlanti or Veskarium used to subjugate conquered peoples.
Chaotic Vanguards being Pirates, Criminal Enforcers, Drow Corporate Assassins ect.
