Third party adventure paths that aren't War of the Burning Sky, Way of the Wicked, Frog God Games stuff or Legendary Planet?

I've only heard of those. I'm curious if there are any others for 3.5 or PF.

The Zeitgeist AP by EN Publishing comes to mind.
AAW Games' cult classic Rise of the Drow (with Prologue + Epilogue adventures) is a full AP.
(AAW Games also has adventure arcs galore.)
If you don't require a linear story, you could easily string the amazing Kobold Press modules together. You could e.g. combo Tales of the Old Margreve, Wrath of the River King and Courts of the Shadow Fey.
Similarly you can string TPK Games' modules together to reach ~level 9-10.
While not an AP per se, I warmly recommend the 4 Dollar Dungeons modules. They're extremely affordable and ridiculously good.

Hope that helped!

Pyromaniac Press has 4+prologue (working on book 5) of their 7 (or is it 8?) Parts Adventure Path published.

What I love the most about it is that it is essentially a Urban AP (aside from prologue and Book 5) set wholly in 1 city. So lots of fun details.

Aye, Pyromaniac's AP is amazing and utterly underappreciated. It's not yet complete, though.

Thanks.

There's also the recently completed "Return to Freeport" by Green Ronin Games. Also, "The Road to Revolution" by 0One Games, or "Trail of the Apprentice" by Legendary Gamers.

Oh I could not agree more with this, it's a very rich city and the guides are also awesome and do make the city come alive.

It is the that it's not completed, but it does look like it's more a matter of time though...I might gave to adapt it to my Cerulean Seas campaign.

Old thread on 3PP APs. Aside from the ones already mentioned above it has:

Total Party Kill Games: The Reaping Stone + The Bleeding Hollow Deluxe Adventure + The Fen of the Five-Fold Maw. (Not a full AP)

0One Games' Urban Road to Revolution AP, plus The Sinking Campaign Serial.

The psionic AP in the making by Dreamscarred Press Third Dawn (not completed?)

Certain AAW adventures to be stringed together

Next year will bring Greg Vaughan's Aegis of Empires (previously "Ashes" of Empires) for Pathfinder, 5E, and Pathfinder 2!

Four of the six adventures are written and developed.
One is written already and being developed now.
The sixth is expected to finish writing in January.

We learned from the Legendary Planet process that it's far better to get the writing in the can first rather than trying to catch up to it on the back end. That way lies madness! :) (and lateness... )

Will this one be kickstarted?

It will! As stated above, we want to make sure the initial writing is done before we do. We'll probably start getting some preliminary art orders done in January so we'll have stuff to show off during the KS, which I'd guess will launch in March or April. We also want to get 5E conversions done, at least on the first couple of adventures if not the whole thing.

Work yet to do, but we're looking forward to it!

If you can get your hands on it, I've long felt that the 2nd Edition Adventure, "Night Below" would translate really beautifully to a Pathfinder AP (in fact, there are a lot of themes in the adventure that fit so perfectly in Golarion that it leads me to strongly believe that James Jacobs probably ran it for his table).

It'd take a lot of work translating into PF, though, but I'm planning on doing so and running it for my group one of these days.
