Legendary weapons provides a bonus to hit and skill check where appropriate. correct ?

Legendary armor provides a bonus to armor check penalties only, no bonus to AC, Movement or max DEX. Correct ?

Does elven chain have the elven trait?

Are there any recovery rules for larger ranged attacks misses? ( arrows,bolts,etc...)

Is there a quiver or is it missing ?( belt pouch hold 4 L (49 arrows WOOT)
