We just went through this with the old PF1e ruleset. I read through it, and had about an hour of prep.
Instead of using playtest characters, we went through with PF1e characters instead. Will try it with PF PT characters tomorrow.
Going through with PF1e characters took about three hours (I expect it may take around the same time with PF2e characters).
Conversion was super easy. You literally can just swap monsters out (use PF1e instead of the PF PT bestiary monsters) and it worked. Enough XP for them to get to level 2, at least how I worked it.
What this tells me is that, at least for 1st level adventures, conversion is excessively easy to do from PF2e to PF1e.
Unsure how it would work with higher level characters.
Will try with the actual PT characters tomorrow, with a longer session since most of those who are going to play are unfamiliar with the PT rules (heck, I'm unfamiliar with the PT rules overall, I've read them but this will obviously be the first I've played them through).

perfect. I'm sitting over DD since yesterday, trying to get around how to convert it to PF1. How about action economy, the hazards and loot/wealth, any problems with that?
The biggest difficulty you may face probably will be with the Loot.
One thing to keep in mind is the conversion change between SP and GP. For PF1e characters when it says SP, read it as GP instead...at least that's what I did.
Most of the treasure is directly found in PF1e already, and they even use the same names.
Action economy wasn't really noticed to be much of anything. In some ways, just like you might have if you used PF1e unchained, it meshes seamlessly. Since we were using PF1e rules and monsters, there really wasn't anything that was affected by changes in Action economy between the two systems.
With traps and such, you have to have a slight familiarity with what skills in PF2e are related to PF1e in some instances, but I used the same DCs listed in the scenario as I would with PF1e.
Most of them are around a DC 15, so for traps and stuff that makes it mostly easy, but you also have ones where you need a DC 22 (which can be challenging) or check DC 15 three times in a row (rogue boffed that check badly).
