This is probably a silly question, but I want to have as many people join the Manifold host as I can, and I'm happy to spend my points to get as many people as possible, so I want to make sure I'm doing it right.
So just to clarify, as the primary "Host" boon holder, I can buy a Manifold Host Recruiter for 2 fame, make a photocopy of the boon, then fill out the info on the photocopy with who I want to recruit into the Manifold Host and induct someone in, but then they can't buy a copy themselves (Because their version should have the info for me in the blanks of the slot). I can then purchase another copy with another 2 fame for someone else.
Am I understanding the procedure correctly?

Because it is limited use it is restricted to this one time.
There's some wonky rules interactions, but as I understand it the manifold host allows you to recruit one, and only one, additional person per boon you have received.
If you somehow obtained a second copy of the boon for GMing you could apply that boon to another character and recruit another person. People who GM'd enough slots at PaizoCon and/or Origins received multiple copies of the boon allowing for this.

I just want one because it fits in perfectly with my -705 character’s background and motivations. A character recruited to the Society by the noble act of another, but completely unfamiliar with the Pact Worlds. Who will be eager to be welcoming to others as well.
Happy to write you into the one I'm keeping. I'm applying it to the same character thing. Hit me up after gen con.

So, HMM could you perhaps confirm if it's 1 person I can invite into the host or as many as I can pay for?
With the explanation above, I think I understand that it's only 1 (In which case, I'll have to be a lot more stingy with who I give it to) but if it's more, than I wanna invite as many as I can!

How much did you need to GM? I just about killed myself running eight slots at GenCon (including three different multi-table specials) and I got only one (and I needed to pick between Manifold Host, an SFS race boon, and a PFS race boon).
Thurston's statement about opening up Manifold Host to non-boon holders makes me think that I chose poorly and I should have selected the SFS race boon.
EDIT
Also, where did my novas go?

As noted above, we are WELL-aware of the issue of re-releasing a boon that was just made available as a special reward to some of our most dedicated GMs. One thing with Starfinder, is that I'm trying to avoid a boon being a one/done deal. I hope to circulate boons in a more regular manner so that when people are offered a choice between two special boons, they don't need to worry about never getting the second choice. In this way, I hope we can somewhat accommodate both groups of "oh I missed something" and "oh I worked hard for something cool and now everyone is getting it."
As for the novas, see this thread for more info!
