We know Earth exists in the same universe as you can go there in some adventures. I am wondering how far apart they are. It says Earth is in a distant galaxy which doesn't explain much as even the closest galaxy to the Milky Way is about 3 million light years away.
There is no answer. Even in Starfinder. The best bet for the exact type of answer you're looking for would be if a real-world scientist found a distant Earth-like planet and named it Golarion.
According to Pathfinder Wiki, Golarion and Earth are not in the same galaxy.
