Balance goblins with a few extra races. Reassess some of the old ones.

Which to me sounds like a good argument against this notion that core goblins are suddenly going to be everywhere in all the adventures, goblins thrust in your face at every opportunity. They barely use the core races they have. You don't see many half-elves, there's even less half-orcs, gnomes basically never appear at all.

That said I still would prefer kobolds etc, but everything about my original post was an attempt to compromise with Paizo's weird vision and shape it into something I think more people would accept.

COMPROMISE IS FOR THE WEAK! but yes more kobolds...
