This sounds weird, but I'm trying to make a martial character that can see the future. Not THE future, but all versions of the future, and they must try and pick the correct one.
I'm trying to get as many attack rerolls, or rolling twice and taking the better, as possible. My first two thoughts are either Cleric with Luck domain or Dual Cursed oracle, but that doesn't go very far.
Systems available - Psionics, Path of War, Spheres of Power/Might

well not really the future but if it's rerolls you want:
my unchained monk in rise of the runelords picked 'Insightful Wisdom' as one of his ki powers. that along with nice wisdom. a different ki power to gain ki leach (which cost 0 ki to use so kept having ki for ever, from the Qinggong power list) and a ring of ki master (which made the cost only one ki point) really helped save not only myself but other party members who rolled 1 on attacks or saves.
note, the range of 30 ft mean anyone to far is on his own.also some GM might pick the words 'another ally' to exclude you.
getting a level of dual cursed oracle for the reroll revolution is also golden.

The Cyclopean Seer Oracle has its "Flash of Insight", but while powerful it's just once a day.
yep i once added a Cyclops helm to such an oracle and a X4 crit weapon. gut the ban hammer faster then you case say "why?!?"

That Paladin archetype seems a bit broken in the Time Playtest, but seems to be the best option with looking into Spheres of Power more.
I know Time has Retry (complete retry on turn), Mind has Inspiration (adding to rolls), and War has Finish[rally] (reroll any attack roll).
Does Spheres of Might have anything on rerolling?

When it comes to Paizo only material, there are the monk archetypes weapon adept and zen archer. Both gain Perfect Strike as a bonus feat, which allows to roll twice 1/round, once per monk level per day. At level 10, you can roll thrice instead.
Greater Weapon of the Chosen is feat intense, but makes it possible to roll twice every time you do a single attack. Nice if you have some special effect on this attack... Weapon of the Chosen lets you roll a second time if you missed due to concealment. Note that Greater Weapon of the Chosen requires only a single level of a cleric or something similar.
Improved Second Chance comes late, but is nice if your first attack comes with a special effect - opposed to Greater Weapon of the Chosen this works (just) for full-attacks.
There is the good old Blind-Fight feat - situational, but potentially a lot of rerolls. Depends on the GM how it interacts with Weapon of the Chosen.
