Order advice:
↬If you need to make changes to the subscription details after the auth/order creation date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.
↬ If you have a licensed subscription you can choose to have it shipped as soon as possible, or with your monthly subscription shipment. This setting is available on a per subscription basis on your My Subscription page.
↬If you have questions about your individual order or subscriptions, please start a new thread.

Edited the OP to include the four Midgard books from Kobold Press that should be ready to start going out with subscriptions if they are already in sidecarts.

I am starting to check settings and make sure everything is good to begin the order generation process. I'll update again once that's been started.

The report hit a speed bump, but I've started it back up and am going to let it run overnight. I'll check back in on things when I get in tomorrow.

Should I be concerned that my order generated (apparently correctly) but I never received an auth e-mail?

Hi David,

Thank you for letting us know! I'm showing that our system sent you an email, but it was right around the time that the report hit the aforementioned speed bump, so it might be that things got tangled. If it hasn't come through the pipes yet, just let me know and I can re-send it. Otherwise, your order looks like it should be good!

There are comics this month, but their release date is a little staggered with the rest of our products. According to the comics release thread, those orders will be generated on the 15th. So depending on your account settings, they'll either go out on their own, or they will wait in your sidecart until next month's subscription shipment.

Ok, after doing some looking around, it seems that our order generation process did finish up early this morning and it should have created orders for everybody it was supposed to. Hooray!

If your order did not seem to generate or something in your order looks incorrect, please let us know so we can get it fixed before we start shipping things out. Thanks!

I feel like complaining about the usability of the subscription system.

I have two payment methods on record. One expired, one valid. The subscription of course picked the expired one. What's the point of having multiple methods if it can't actually use them without manual input?

I have no idea what the status of the order is either. The system needs more feedback to the user. I selected the valid card to pay with, but I don't see anything automatically trickling down to the order.

Why aren't expired cards automatically removed anyway? And how do I remove them?

At the time your subscription order was generated, the expired card was still set as the preferred card for your subscription, which is why the system used that one.

Thanks for updating that on the My Subscriptions page. That does not update automatically to orders that are already pending. I have changed that for you and you should get an updated order confirmation email. For future reference - you can change the payment method for pending orders through the My Payment Methods section that can be accessed through the Account Settings page.

Expired cards are not removed automatically in case someone wants to update just the expiration date. Cards can be updated and removed through the My Payment Methods page.

So is that why after getting the order confirmation on the 8th for the non-comic subscriptions, everything is now suddenly in the sidecart?

The items in my Confirmation email for this month also seems to have been moved to my sidecart.

Ok, I got my confirmation email on the 8th. My order seems to be in my Sidecart, which I have never seen before for a pending order. The subscriptions page is showing my order shipping out in pieces which contradicts what was in the confirmation email.

Gorta & Soluzar - I apologize for the confusion with this! It seems that some folks had their orders pulled back into the sidecarts temporarily, but those all should have been manually fixed. I've taken a look into your accounts, and they seem like they were corrected. Just let me know if there's anything else we can help with!
