Archaeologist bard and Intimidating Performance

Rules Questions

Archaeologist bard fits for Intimidating Performance's ability to use Perform for Dazzling Display from level 1 due to his Archaeologist’s Luck being "treated as bardic performance for the purposes of feats, abilities, effects, and the like that affect bardic performance" right?
If he can rack up 3 feats at level 1 that is.

The issue is the prereq asks to start as a move action. You can't do that. Swift only.

So you can't meet the prerequisites despite being able to use the feat as a swift start performance.

LAAAAAAME.
You are right. Gotta rule 0 that i guess.

Not a terrible Rule 0, for sure.

Archeologist Luck doesn't have audible or visual components, so the bard can't actually use intimidating performance

I thought second clause is separate thing.

Imtimidating Performance requires you to start a Performance. That's a different thing than simply rolling a Perform check. Archaeologist bards don't have the Performances so you can't use this feat.

Archaeologist’s luck is treated as bardic performance for the purposes of feats, abilities, effects, and the like that affect bardic performance.

When you start a performance (or a raging song) as a move or swift action, you can use a standard action to demoralize a foe, attempting a Perform check appropriate to your performance in place of the Intimidate check.

The real problem is that an Archaeologist really has no reason to invest any skill point into perform. While they are free to do so they have no class features that benefit from putting ranks into perform.
