Favored enemy bonus work

Rules Questions

How it works?
In my group the player interpreted the rules that he have for example at 15lvl renger +8 to all his four enemis or it must be +8,+6,+4,+2?
We are not English native speakers so we have different interpretations of how rangers favored enemy works.

it'll be +8 to one enemy and +2's to 3 enemies.

At lv1 you get a +2 to an enemy. At lv5 you get +2 to a new enemy and can increase either bonus by 2.
At lv10 you get +2 to an enemy and can increase any bonus by 2 so likely that +4 is becoming a +6.
Same at lv15 you get +2 to an enemy and can increase any bonus by 2 so likely that +8 is becoming a +8.

Chess Pwn is correct - you choose ONE enemy bonus to increase when you get a new enemy.

It is also possible to have +6/+4/+2/+2 or +4/+4/+4/+2.

The others are correct.

At 5th, 10th, and 15th level you add +2 to a favored enemy type and also gain another favored enemy type (which you can choose to apply the +2 bonus to, such that when you gained it you would have a +4).

So you could have a +8 and three other favored enemies with a +2.

This is why Instant Enemy is a great spell.

Thanks, we have made a mistake in translation "any one"=all but it is ONE and "anyone"=all
