to much good pieces to list but i want to atleast to play sci fi harem comedy were only male in the ship is captain and rest of the crew is alien woman

The Star Trek TNG episode Cause and Effect is the one with the time loop, it could lead to a very interesting, narrative, roleplay-centered session. Or if you're interested in something a bit more time-period mashing, you could try some kind of Voyager, The Killing Game like plotline, where the holodeck bleeds into reality and everyone is forced to partially recreate WWII.

There are several Blake's 7 episodes that could be turned into good SF (and SJ, DrS, PS, etc.) episodes. Especially the ones written by Tanith Lee.

Not a specific episode of a specific series, but when I was talking to the group about their ship, I said:
"Do you want the Serenity, the Millennium Falcon, Moya, or the Rocinante?"
Translation: Sure, you can have a more capable ship than the initial rules allow, but the more capable, the more folks are after you because of it.

The third episode of dark matter would make for a good encounter if you have PC's that are on the run or have an guest aboard their ship.
...The ship drops out of FTL. On the bridge The Android describes the malfunction of a relay that necessitated shutting down the FTL. Three suggests that someone may be tampering with the ship, and singles out Five. The Android says the relay is on the outer hull and tampering would require an EVA, which would be impossible during FTL. The Android suggests that tampering with the diagnostics system to fool it into thinking the relay had failed would be simple. Doing this would be an excellent way to disable the ship without doing any real damage...
(And while discussing whether or not the ship was sabotaged)
...a further problem becomes apparent; the Raza (ship) is being exposed to high levels of Gamma radiation that will kill everyone in three hours. On the bridge The Android speculates the cause of the Gamma radiation is coming from the remains of a Supernova. She offers two options: first they can jump to FTL, but if the relay is actually damaged, there's a 73% chance the ship will explode. If the diagnostic system was sabotaged, there will be nothing wrong and they can jump safely. The second option is to perform an EVA and fix the relay.

I strongly second the Babylon 5 responses. The entire series was phenomenal start to finish, and would make an incredible campaign.
Dark Matter, Killjoys, and Battlestar Galactica (both the original series from the 70s and the newer reboot) are all good choices, as they're more ensemble-based shows and not so much single character driven like say Andromeda or Farscape.
I once ran a short Alternity campaign (yes, I'm the 1 guy that actually liked that game) based on the old Lost in Space series that was pretty fun, and could be adapted to Starfinder.

Vintage Tom Baker Dr Who's Robots of Death - sure the name is corny but the Agatha Christie-esque Murder on the... giant sand mining vehicle with dodgy aristo humans, undercover agents and three different grades of robots (Super-Voc, Voc ("vocal" - can speak, and Dum) AND a growing bodycount. Too nice!
And just about any Lexx episode you coukd mention. Well at least the three or four I've seen.

"City at the Edge of the World" would be a good treasure-hunt-gone-wrong adventure. A warlord blackmails the PCs into helping him get through a door that supposedly leads to the entire wealth of a once-great civilization, with their lives as the sole compensation. It would require taking away the PC group's weapons, forcing them to rely on guile to worm out of their problem. The door could lead to any number of places -- none of them quite what the Warlord expects. In the actual Blakes 7 series, it was a piece that focused on Vila's role as a master burglar and how much that defines his personality. In a SF game, the focus would have to be spread wider.
The best episodes of Blakes 7 have that kind of focus on a character's weaKnesses and strengths, such as Roj Blake's descent into megalomania and the ruthless lengths to which he is willing to go to carry out a quest only he truly believes in, or the lust-hate chemistry between Avon and Servalan. So to put the example of B7's storytelling to best use requires players to create vivid, robustly alive characters with defining traits that do not show up on an RPG character sheet (especially in the d20/PF/SF model).
