What is Your Favorite Old Password

Off-Topic Discussions

We all change our passwords on a regular basis.
What was one of your favorite old passwords you can't use any longer?

Grand Lodge

Huh. I don't think I have any. (Nor do I think I would share them, for security reasons.)

Not really answering the question, but...

Many years ago, Paizo gathered together a lengthy list of extremely common passwords (think things like "1234" and "password"). If you try to set one of those as your password here, we tell you "That password is too easily guessed. Please try another."

Shadow Lodge

I will share with you that in the old days, when phone books were made of paper and phones were attached to walls, we inquired about an unlisted phone number and found out it would cost extra. Then we found out that how our names APPEARED in the phone book was a matter of some discretion. So, when we got a call, and someone used that name, we immediately knew it was someone who didn't know us, a telemarketer or somebody who got our number from a phone book. So when we got a call,

Telemarketer: Is Chuck U. Farley there?

Well, you know what the answer was.

There's always "incorrect." Forget it, type something random into the login box, and it will tell you what you need:

your password is incorrect.
