Magic Item qualities, stacking question

Rules Questions

Can a magic Item have two of the same quality if the qualities do different things. I am specifically looking at the Training quality (with two different feats). I am not talking about trying to get "Double flaming" or something that would directly add to each other...

You can have multiple bane effects of different subtypes, so multiple training enchantments should work.

So my idea for an amulet of many fists: Point-Blank range and precise shot should work

I've never heard of an "Amulet of Many Fists".
Do you mean "Amulet of MIGHTY Fists" ?

An amulet of mighty fists is limited to melee weapon special abilities that can be applied to unarmed strikes. While many Training(<feat name>) weapon special abilities fall into that category, Training(Point-Blank Shot) and Training(Precise Shot) do not.

In addition, Point-Blank Shot is the listed prerequisite for Precise Shot. The feat provided by the Training special ability cannot be used as a prerequisite for any other feat, even those granted by the Training special ability.

If you mean Mighty Fists, then yes. However you could only use them with Natural Attacks, because that's all the amulet allows the enchantments to apply to.

Dang nab it...

Knew I missed something...I am trying to get it for ranged touch attacks...
