At-will powers - Spell failure?

Should the at-will school/bloodline be subject to arcane spell failure? I can see first level wizards going ahead and wearing armor, since they don't necessarily need their spells that much.

I would say yes. Because it is so unclear if they are spell like abilities or spells or whatever, default to they are spells and work just like every other arcane spell.

Currently, they are supernatural abilities and are not subject to spell failure.

So? Let them spend money on something that they will discard a couple of levels later, at the latest. In the meanwhile, they'll have a harder time using their spells, and since they're not provicient in their armour, the ACP will hit them all the harder - ACP for nonproficient armour applies to attack rolls, which is going to be a drag for the guy who wants to use his at will touch attack ability, what with his weak BAB and probably not stellar dexterity.
