Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett’s “Good Omens” will be adapted by Amazon.com into six one-hour episodes. Michael Sheen has been cast as Aziraphale, and David Tennant has been cast as Crowley.

Let's hope it turns out alright. Just because Gaiman and Pratchett wrote the plot together doesn't mean Gaiman can make a good story on his own. GO was a collaborative work and it remains to be seen if he can add Pratchett's touch on his own. It would not be the first time one half of a former partnership trying to do all the work loses the magic. Even if he pulls that off, a good story doesn't mean it will be a good script, and I have a few issues with other things he's done.
