I keep trying to come up with the perfect Sun Wukong themed vanara. With a racial dex bonus and quarterstaves as Sun Wukong's favored weapon, the question rears its ugly head.
Something else that looks close enough to quarterstaves is also good - Sun Wukong isn't that good at following rules exactly after all.

I'll dig around a bit but off the top of my head you could do the AWT that lets you finesse a whole group and then the one that lets you double your weapon training bonus if your attacking with Dex and using Str for damage.

Well there is some contention about the rogue part. It doesn't say you choose a weapon your can finesse it says you choose a type of weapon that can be used with Finesse. So some GMs would be likely to rule that the quarterstaff wouldn't qualify under that condition.
This should work (following Talonhawke's initial comments):
4 levels weapon master (fighter archetype), allows the character to take the feat Advanced Weapon Training. "Fighter finesse" option. Then 3 levels (unchained) rogue for Dex to damage.
That would probably the best method to get a GM to consider it. Honestly I just allow Deadly Agility from Path of War when I run but not everyone uses 3pp.

It could be argued for a home game to work.
For PFS- you would be hard-pressed to convince the GM to allow it.
Considering the Pre-reqs- Weapon Focus & Two-Weapon Fighting. Since you only get the benefits of Weapon Finesse while using the Style, you don't have the constant benefit of Weapon Finesse with the quarter staff.
it brings up the whole conundrum similar to the Blade Brush feat.
The vigilante can take Lethal Grace to add 1/2 level on attacks when using Weapon Finesse and Strength
