Druid 10 (Fame 49) with 14,000 GP to spend - What on?

Advice

Liberty's Edge

My Druid character has just got to level 10 in PFS play and I have just over 14,000 gp to spend.

What would be a worthwhile purchase (or purchases)?

He already has:
Hide Armour +2 (Shadow)
Cloak of Resistance +2
Ring of Prot. +2
Amulet of Nat Arm. +2
Belt of Incredible Dexterity +2
Headband of Inspired Wisdom +2

I was wondering whether to make his Masterwork Cold Iron Great Axe magical, or maybe upgrade one of the +2 items.

Or maybe buy a magic item for his animal companion dog?

Any idea welcome!

Dataphiles

Amulet of Mighty Fists for the dog if you send it into combat

Silver Crusade

Are you a casty druid or a melee druid? If casty, improve headband or buy metamagic rods. If melee, magic up that axe and make your belt +2 STR and +2 DEX. If wildshape melee, switch amulet for mighty fists and save for Wild armour enchsntment.

Scarab Sages

druids log has a shopping list

Adamantine greataxe 3,020
+2 8,000

Masterwork studded leather barding +1 1,200

Grand Lodge

Got an animal companion? is it battle-oriented? get a Greater Dire Collar, but that's 17,000 i think.

Liberty's Edge

pearls of power 2 are great for druids. So many good level 2 druid spells.

Liberty's Edge

Thanks for the ideas so far.

The druid is a bit of an all rounder, maxed out Diplomacy, Grapple feats, and several defaults sets of spells for whatever role is needed (healer, combat, magical support, survival). His dog does go into combat.

What books are Wild Armour Enchantment and Greater Dire Collar in? I have core, APG, Seekers of Secrets, PFS Field Guide, and a few other slim books.

I would avoid the wild armor enchant and just get barding for your favorite combat form, and a wand of mage armor for when you have to shift.

The greater dire collar is a bit much if you can just cast animal growth yourself anyway.

Ultimate Equipment Guide.

Dire Collar, 1,000gp:

This leather collar resizes to fit almost any size of creature. Once per day on command, the creature that fastened the dire collar to the animal can cause that animal to grow larger and more bestial. The collar's fastener must be within 30 feet of the animal to do so. The animal gains the benefits of an enlarge person spell (despite the normal targeting restrictions of that spell) for 1 minute.

Greater Dire Collar, 14,000gp:

This collar functions as a dire collar, except that the animal wearing it gains the benefit of an animal growth spell for 1 minute.

And it will last a lot longer.

a wand of channel the gift is amazing for druids. Throw all those second level buff spells on you, your critter, and the party.

When I don't know what to buy, I like to fall back on two immovable rods and a hammock.

Inner Sea Gods/Gods & Magic.

Well, that explains that...

Thanks.

For someone who likes grappling anaconda's coils is a nice belt in that it gives +2 Str and constrict.

Sounds like someone needs a caver's hammock. It will leave you enough gold left over to get a robe of infinite twine, an autonomous cartographer, and a field scrivener's desk for those who truly wish to explore, report, and relax.

Best. Idea. Ever!

Liberty's Edge

Thanks for all the suggestions, in the end I went with Amulet of Mighty Fists for the dog (BTW does his bite now count as a magical attack?) and upgraded his Magic +1 Cold Iron Great Axe to have the Frost ability.
