Can you elaborate, or provide a link or quote? I don't know what an "impundulu" is, or what source it's from.

Have you checked the Additional Resources page?

Impundulu is apparently from the Serpent's Skull AP, and that specific module (Vaults of Madness) has no entry on the Additional Resources page, so nothing from it appears to be PFS legal.

As a familiar, the impundulu has the statistics of an imp or quasit, which Improved Familiar can get. There's no indication that the additional abilities that it grants a witch are legal, though they're fairly minor.

Yea I saw that would have been clearer if they left a note of nothing is available from #40

With PFS, pretty much EVERYTHING is illegal unless specifically stated otherwise.
