Ghoul Sorcerer Bloodline and paralysis DC

Ghoul Sorcerer Bloodline gives you power to grow claws which paralyse on hit. But it never states what is the paralysis DC.

Almost every other Bloodline power states how to determine it's save DC. (The only one other I know that doesn't state it is Beguiling Voice from Maestro Bloodline)

Most of such powers have 10+1/2 Sorc level + Cha mod for DC. But I found that Serpent's Fangs from Serpentine Bloodline bases it's save DC on Constitution Mod. And ghoul's original ability is Con based.

So, how do I determine DC for Ghoul Sorcerer paralysis?

Silver Crusade

It says as the Ghoul ability so go off of that (10 + 1/2 level/HD + Modifier), but since Ghoul's are Undead then I might use CON instead for the Sorcerer.

I was sure that there was text saying that bloodline abilities are charisma-based unless otherwise indicated, but I skimmed the sorcerer class on archivesofnethys.com and didn't find it, so I may be wrong.

As an undead monster, however, ghouls don't have constitution scores. As far as I can tell from the monster entry, the ability is charisma-based.

EDIT: Upon further reading, the ghoul entry seems to reference the universal monster ability for its paralysis, which is indeed constitution-based by default, but is then switched to charisma on undead creatures due to their creature type. I think it makes the most sense to have the sorcerer ability be charisma-based as well, but I could see the argument for constitution...
