I had to look kedgeree up. It definitely sounds like something I'd be interested in trying - ix-nay on the sultanas, though.

Reminds me of back in the early '000s, when people were joking about that most vital quandary of Wahhabist hermeneutics: Are martyrs supposed to get "dark-haired virgins," or "crystal-clear raisins?" Does confusion over the word "sultana" have anything to do with this dilemma?
