Help: Rogue: Crossbow Sniper Build.

Advice

So i was looking for some help to improve a Xbow Sniper build that im making; this is for my first PFS play, and actually my first time playing pathfinder; anyways, i´m looking for some Xbow sniper thing that can handle a little of meele combat, cause, well the possibilities of an encounter in a 2x2 room, are quite of occasional...
As far as i made it this is what get.

Race: Human (Because the limitation of classes <no Aasimars allowed D; unless you have a Chronicle Sheet thing(?)> and for the bonus feat of course).

Class: Rogue 1 (No archetype, maybe Sniper IDK).

Str. 10 +0
Dex. 16 +3
Con. 08 -1
Int. 16 +3
Wis. 14 +2
Cha. 12 +1

The idea is a Rogue 14 (Maybe get some Ki Pool and Ninja Invisibility and low-light/Darkvision tricks cause i´m a human Rogue and my biggest weakness are work or fight in a Dark area where no light sources exist), Fighter 6 (Fighter levels are for feats, feat requeriments and the Crossbowman Archetype), and no PrC´s cause most of the 3.0/3.5 sweet range PrC´s niether exist or are not avaliable, and IDK any PrC´s for ranged type characters.

The class levels and feats that i would take will are:
2 levels of Rogue. (1-2)
A.F: Rapid Reload (Heavy Crossbow).
1.F: Point Blank Shot.

1 Level of Fighter. (3)
2.F: Rapid Shot.
A.F: Crossbow Mastery.

1 Level of Rogue. (4)
No Feats Acquired.

3 Levels of Fighter. (5-7)
3.F: Precise Shot.
A.F: Weapon Focus (Heavy Crossbow).
4.F: Snap Shot.
A.F: Weapon Specialization (Heavy Crossbow).

6 Levels of Rogue. (8-14)
5.F: Point Blank Master
6.F: Combat Reflexes.
7.F: Improved Snap Shot.

2 Levels of Fighter. (15-16)
8.F:
A.F:

4 Levels of Rogue. (17-20)
09.F:
10.F:

Im tempted to get Empty Quiver Style feat and their feat tree just to see how it works in real time, but maybe Far shot, improved Far shot, improved Crit. (and his Crit. Effect feat decendents) and Clustered Shots would help me in the sniper idea.

For Rogue talents maybe get
Superior Sniper.
Ki Pool.
Ninja Trick: Vanish Trick.
-
-
Adv. Talent: Unlock Ki.
Adv. Ninja Trick: Hidden Blade.
Adv. Talent: Stealthy Sniper. (If effect stacks with Superior Sniper).
-
-

i don´t have more ideas for the talents and Adv talents, maybe get magic trick talent line and get True Strike or Gravity Bow for some spicy damage.

Cause idk much about magical items in PF i made a little research and i found that Sniper Googles would be pretty effective for a Rogue Sniper, and maybe a Dex item (Dex belt i think it is), a Int. item, and thats all for now...

P.S.: i have a little question (and idk if i can add it to the post) about Sneak attack and corporeal undeads and constructs, as far as i read are now applicable for that type/subtype of creatures?

Bolt Ace is pretty much the only class that can do crossbows well. It's a gunslinger archetype in the advanced class guide.

8 CON is about the worst thing you could start with on a rogue. Bump it to at least 12.

Scarab Sages

Don't plan for 20th level, normal play stops at 12. There is some seeker level play, but it's usually only at conventions.

That said, crossbowman fighter 7/rouge x using readied action vital strike sneak attacks does adequate damage, if not optimal.

Look at the slayer's sniper archetype.

Bolt Ace 7/ Slayer Sniper x?

Bolt ace gets you DEX to damage and Dead Shot to mimic a "one big shot" style.

Slayer Sniper gets you accuracy and damage boosters as well as a little sneak attack and extends the range of your sneak attacks out.

Dimdweller as an alternate racial feature for humans will get you dark vision. Even then your darkvision will still be very short range which doesnt speak sniper to me. But then, there really isnt a good way to get long range darkvision.

Hey mate, if you're settled on the Rogue Crossbow build I'd suggest the following:

Go for an Unchained Rogue as opposed to Rogue, it's hands down better for what you need, with a more accessible Sneak Attack and Debilitating Injury. More importantly Unchained Rogues gain Rogues Edge which grants Skill Unlocks at Level 5/10/15 and 20.

The Stealth Skill Unlock at level 5 reduces your sniper penalty by 10 which, when combined with the Expert Sniper feat also reducing sniping penalties by 10, means you'll be sniping with no negatives by level 5. Taking Master Sniper as a Combat Trick at level 6 means you can fire a pair of bolts as a sniping check.

Beyond that concentrate on your Sneak Attacks with talents, look at grabbing Minor Magic / Major Magic for utility and stuff like Favored Terrain and Camouflage for a spot Stealth bonus'.
