I am nearly complete with the Vampiric "Families" and their accompanying Blood Power Feats (as the Recruitment moves forward, I will take critiques allowing them to be finalized with input from Players). I will also be crafting rules for "Ghouls". Finally, I WILL be allowing Dhampir submissions.
Vampire Characters will start at 7th level (Vampiric base powers effectively make the PCs +2 CR). Ghouls will start at level 8 (as they will be +1 CR characters). Dhampirs will start at level 9.
Again, I will take 5-8 submissions as the full group. Recruitment begins on the 19th.

To clarify, by Ghouls I mean living beings who strengthen themselves through drinking the blood of Vampires. So essentially Vampire the Masquerade "Ghouls".

Hmm. I do like the flavor of it. You would need to pick a certain set of Houses/Families to be old enough to be Azlanti. You would also need to have slept for a while as being thousands of years old the character would not just be 7th level. I think I might also add +1 CR as +2 to EACH stat is pretty powerful.
That's would be fine with me, I don't mind playing a level six character. I will just need to figure out what family fits him best and write a hefty backstory explaining him.
if we're all from different families, how will we treat our spawn, minions,canon fodder? would we use the minion/organization rules from way of the wicked?
Would you allow Noble Drow as a race? If so, I can begin re-working Veldrin. Though, still trying to decide if I want to make him a regular vampire, or a psychic(provided that's allowed).

I would allow the Noble Drow though again at a +1 CR (in fact they seem to almost be shading into +2 with that HIGH SR)...

I have to consider whether you would even bring fodder. They might slow the group down or get in the way of the group objectives.
I was thinking of making them rather, having a walking feedbag could be good.

The only feats I'd want to use are: Lingering spirit, dark flight and creature of darkness.

Recruitment will begin on the 19th (in the evening) as I will need time Saturday night to complete my review of RoW submissions and I want that game to get rolling that night. On that date I will have the Draft Blood Feats up for review. I will also have my final decision regarding minions up as well.
Not a problem, I know very little about SD. As for the minions/spawn, it's no problem if they're cut. We would just maybe need a walking feed bag.

Yeah I can only imagine making bloodline families, their history and a ghoul template is no small feat.

I mean, I'm running five games and I feel hard pressed to keep up with them all.
Well, I'm married with a little girl so this is pretty much my life outside of the gym, table top D&D and the occasional dinner with friends, and the infrequent date night with the wife :-)
I keep telling my wife to make more money so I can afford a girlfriend but she seems less than receptive to the idea!
EDIT: Oh and walking the dogs, the dogs are mad I forgot about them. In my defense, no walks until the weather gets better.
You can't ever afford it, that's the problem you just sort of figure out a way. :-(
