Magus Full Attack + Swift Spell?

So, I know that Spell Combat allows a Magus to make a standard action attack and cast a spell, but she then cannot do a full attack action. However, it seems to me that if she was able to cast a spell as a swift action, she wouldn't need Spell Combat in the first place this round and could then do her full attack AND cast her spell with her single swift action, correct?

Spell Combat is a specific type of full round action, which allows the Magus to cast a spell and also take ALL her attacks (but at a -2 penalty). So a Hasted 8th level Magus would get to make 3 attacks plus cast a spell. None of this uses her Swift action, so she could ALSO cast a spell as a swift action if, say, she had prepped it with Quicken Spell metamagic.

Or used the Quicken Arcana. It's really hard for magi to use the actual feat itself.
