I had a blast playing one of their demo adventures last year at Paizo Con. Looking forward to the final product (line).

Great to hear Joel! We really enjoyed Paizo Con this year, met some great people that gave very useful and positive feedback during our play tests.

We are working hard at getting this game out into the public eye. Please pass along your experience to others who might be interested!

And here is Ruby's page on the Rusted Portal website:

Meet Ruby Here!

Nice artwork from a Raven Mimura on the Jackal and the Splicer!!!

9 classes? It might bring more interest if you could detail a little more of the substantial mechanics for some of the more out-there classes (Harbinger/Splicer), or even the "simpler" ones - like the mechanical/play style differences between a Hound and a Jackal, or a Shepherd and an Arbiter.

Similarly, race write ups could help too.

I'm not particularly interested in the Judaeo-Christian postapoka but if the classes are sufficiently interesting that might be the deciding factor...

Great question! I would be happy to do a deep dive right here to help our Pathfinder players have a better understanding of the character classes and races. We have run and refined these classes at numerous conventions, including Paizo Con two years in a row with different adventures and players. We have fully built out these classes and are very deep into playtest finalization. There's a lot of depth to speak to and showcase. I know a lot of "Pathfinder Compatible" comes through, but the one constant with our players is amazement at how our build is soup to nuts complete rather than a replay of existing material in a "new" setting.

We also just finished a Q&A with RPGnet which includes some more detail about the classes and races. Link below.

But to your specific question, I will post an update on the Kickstarter tomorrow and we'll share here at the same time with some more build details, starting with the Arbiter and Enforcer update. If there are specific questions about already posted material, please let us know.

And thank you for considering backing the AtR Kickstarter!

Nice work on the interview - that gives me a much clearer idea of the classes, thanks...

I was not able to be part of the Kickstarter but if I am able I do plan on trying to get a color hardcover once this is out.

Glad to hear Jonathan! Even though the Kickstarter didn't fund, we have self-funded up to this point so the book production is continuing. We will re-launch the Kickstarter again in January 2017, to help with the cost of publication.

Please do follow us on social media and our website for more announcements as they come, including the exact date we will re-launch the Kickstarter!

This... Looks interesting. Hm.

I couldn't work out if this was a campaign setting or a ruleset. I presume setting since it uses the PFCompatibility license, but a lot of the promotional stuff read like a rule system.

Hi Steve!

Yes, this is a Pathfinder compatible campaign setting, not an actual rule system. But we did write several rules (like for our own races and classes) for Apocalypse the Risen to make sure the game world comes alive for the players.

If you're curious, I would encourage you to download the free one-shot PDF along with the quick rules and characters. Take a look at it, and if it looks interesting introduce it to your gaming group!
