While attending a fancy party in a museum something unexpected happens!
OK... I was fooling around but now that you've gone and said it I'm going to be sorely disappointed if this doesn't happen sometime within the next season.
As you pick your way carefully out between the splintered doors, Nigel Aldain stalks forward from the shadows. His face has gone nearly as red as the flames that you set moments ago. Nigel pushes his finger angrily into the chest of the foremost member of your party.
"I've had it with you Pathfinders! I know this museum has had a few problems in the past but every time we call you your answer is 'Smash everything before it can come to life.' Do you have any idea how long it takes to clear the mess from one of your little expeditions? This is supposed to be a place of exhibition but it's closed 98% of the time!"
Nigel Aldain pulls a small stone from his pocket and places it on the ground.
"I took some precautions before opening the new exhibit because I just knew what was going to happen. After the last group of Pathfinders destroyed half the flagstones on the ground floor 'just in case they are trapped' we found some storage areas that had been cut off from the rest of the museum for many years. In one of the many subbasements was an an Osiriani artifact dating back to the Age of Anguish. It seems to have the power to . . You know what, I'm sick of explaining things to you! You're just going to try to break it."
With that the still-smoking rubble of the Blakros Museum begins to shift and coalesce. The ornate facade seems to coalesce into a rocky face as the wings of the museum become literal stone wings, lifting the entire structure up into the air. Bits of masonry fall off and a roughly feline shape nearly 150 feet in length growls menacingly at you from above.

#7-20: How Zarta Got Her Groove Back
Zarta Dralneen has been on the outside of Chelaxian politics since her wrongful imprisonment within the Fortress of the Nail. This has really hurt her self-confidence, and Ambrus is getting worried about her. You will escort her to the tropical paradise island of Hermea, and organize a vacation so relaxing and invigorating that the Dark Archive's leader will doubt herself no longer.

This should be the new tactic from the development team and venture officers whenever a thread pops up asking about something you don't want to talk about yet. Just bring the subject around to Hats, and all questions will be forgotten.

I haven't got to play it yet, but 2 of my local players claim they spent a hour interacting with hats, and that is all I know that happened...

Nigel is the true head of the Aspis Consortium. Think about it.
EDIT: I can imagine that actually being a pretty fun fanfic. Nigel as he goes about his machinations to bring down the Pathfinder Society from right beneath their noses. How he moves his agents around the global board like a big game of Risk. The setbacks some of his plans meet in the form of pesky Pathfinder agents. The little 'parties' he throws for agents within his museum, serving little purpose beyond spite and satisfaction.

I heard, likely in my own mind, that 7-20 is being done by JJ Abrams as a reboot of the Emerald Spire....
Emerald Spire with Lens Flare?

7-20: The Search for Squealy Nord.
In days long passed, the Goblins of Brinestump Marsh held captive the greatest creation of the Gods. Proud and noble, the beast known only as "Squealy Nord" was sent upon Golarion's surface to bring peace to the mortal races.
Then tragedy struck, and the legendary pig was lost. It has fallen upon the Pathfinder Society to track down Squealy Nord, and save Golarion's future.

7-20 Invasion of the Body Thieves
Drendal Drang has summoned you (in the middle of the night) to find out what has happened to a group of Pathfinders he sent into the Drowned Yard some time back. You are not going after their remains, but investigating strange behaviors that people have been reporting to him about this group of Pathfinders.

#7-20: Big Brass Balls
Diamonds stolen from a shaitan Sultanna of the elemental Plane of Earth a century ago have recently been traced by Pathfinder agents to the City of Brass on the Plane of Fire. Rumor has it that an Efreeti nobleman will display them at his annual Festival of Candles, a series of formal balls and exotic entertainments in his upscale villa within the extraplanar capital.
Agents need to locate and recover the diamonds in order to build a lasting alliance with the Shaitans.
Edit: Crap. Other than the title that actually sounds like a reasonable scenario. I'll do better next time.

4-20 The Disappeared (scenario) - Hellknights have entrapped the scenario in a legal battle. All of the Profession: Barrister Pathfinders must rally to come up with an interpretation of copyright law that will lead to its release.
Yes please. Other bad guys in the scenario could be Tentacled Brain-Slurpers, Total Concealment Tigers (also tentacled!), and a handful of themed Wizards who would be ridiculously powerful if they ever cast spells outside of their theme (one knows all the Hand spells, one has melee buffs on a pure wizard, etc...)

7-20: Out of the Shadows (7-11): The final, and dramatic, reappearance of an old ally/enemy of the Pathfinder Society, along with the reveal that all members of the Shadow Lodge are evil. (Even those who bear a certificate that allows them to remain members of the Shadow Lodge find that there is a Geas in their membership).
As a result, the Society either remains the Pathfinder Society, after defeating the leader of the Shadow Lodge, or the Shadow Society, after the Decemvirate are murdered instead.

7-20 To Save A Venture Captain
Drang has gone missing in the Absalom sewers, and the PCs are sent to rescue him.
Strangely no referee ever offers to run this scenario.
I'll run it for anyone who is interested! We may go slightly off script though. The celebratory pub crawl in the beginning of the scenario is only supposed to last 20 minutes but if the players feel like stretching it out for the whole 4 hours I don't mind more role-playing.

7-20: 40 winks
The characters have just gotten back from 2 weeks of guard duty and need to sleep. Tired, exhausted, and low on coffee the party must bar and trap the door to their sleeping quarters to prevent the inevitable drendle dreng 4 am wakeup call.
Nobody expects the Drendle Dreng wakeup call! NOBODY!

I think you could make a huge amount of money by running a scenario at PaizoCon where players get to bid on seats at a table where Nigel Aldain is a statted NPC. I'd sell an internal organ to be able to swat that guy down.
He actually is a statted NPC in at least one scenario, already.
If you release him from his confinement at the top of the ziggurat, he has the same stats as all the other Misted NPCs in the scenario, and tactics to attack the party.
IIRC, there is even what happens if you kill him...
"If Nigel is killed, the Blakros family uses their significant wealth to have him returned to life."

Bidding seats at unique scenario tables works really well.

Still waiting for a GomGom Plushie. I would buy one and keep it on hand for anyone playing Yoon.
I got a goblin plush as a prop for my Emerald Spire character who has a Goblin strapped to his backpack. I even added the extra ~50 lbs to my carry weight.

Those weren't the real diamonds, they were clever fakes, although significantly smaller than the real ones. Go back there and find the real ones! By the way, the efreeti noble remembers you and is still pissed.
