Hi,

I've noticed that the shipping date for the second package in Order 3859679 has changed to "expected to ship in an unknown time frame" because one of the sets of dice became unavailable after I placed the order.

I was wondering if it would be possible to remove the unavailable Dark Blue/Green set of dice from my order and replace it with the Green/Silver version of the same product (Block of 12 16mm d6 Dice: Lustrous) so that the rest of the order won't be delayed. (I believe the price should be the same.)

Let me know if a different approach would be better.

Hi Iadel,

It looks like one of our suppliers may have gotten/found more of those dice, though it looks like they are taking longer than we were anticipating to make it to us. I cannot tell exactly when they may make it to us at this point, unfortunately.

We can change them to a different color, though change it would also make the order wait longer (as the other sets also have the 4-18 business day estimate for shipping from our warehouse. If an item has a longer estimate like that, it generally means that we'll need to get it in from a supplier before we can ship it. So, please let us know if you want us to:

1) Leave the order as it is
2) Change it to a different color
3) Move that set to its own order, or cancel it, so the other items can get on their way

Thanks for your advice!

At this stage, I'd like to leave the order as it is. (I'm not in a particular hurry - I just wanted to make sure that the order wouldn't be delayed indefinitely by one unavailable item.)

(I've recently placed several orders for books, dice and cards, and I'm happy for these to be packaged up differently for shipping, if that helps at all.)

Thanks for letting us know that. I've been trying to keep an eye on the set of dice we are waiting on, but they seem to be taking longer to make it in that we had hoped. I've gone ahead and moved that set to ship with order 3886812, just in case those take awhile.

That will let order 3859679 get on its way sooner. If you want to make any changes to the other orders while we are waiting on pre-ordered/backordered items to become available, please let us know.
