Shipping for Humble Bundle Pathfinder Beginner Box

I received an email stating that my order would be shipping soon, and my bank account was charge. This was June 27, and I still haven't received my order. When I look at the order page, the Status says Complete, and under Package Tracking, it says:

Not yet shipped
Item(s) have already shipped
Not trackable

Is there any way I can get information on whether this actually shipped, and if it was delivered? I should have received this already, as a coworker got the same email after me, and has already received his order.

I'm sorry to hear that hasn't arrived yet. It should have shipped. I'm seeing if there's anything else I can find out for you, and will send you an email when I know more.

Hey Katrina, it finally arrived. I have yet to pop it open but it looks to be in good condition. I'll assume everything is there, but if there are missing components, how would I deal with that? Contact Paizo customer service again?

The code given by Humble won't work in the checkout "Have a promotional code or paizo.com gift certificate claim code?" field.

What should I do to get this? (...finally?)

Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look and it seems that you have already redeemed the code for your Beginner Box, but the order was not fully submitted.

If you go to the Humble Bundle Redemption section of your My Account page, you should be able to scroll down and see the checkout process pending. Once you've clicked through and completed all the 3 steps, you should be able to hit the "Place Your Order" button, and that ought to do the trick. Once it's submitted, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know.

If there are any difficulties with this process, just let me know and I'll be more than happy to help out.

I'm not seeing that any Humble Bundle codes have been redeemed on this paizo.com account.

Once you get the codes from Humble Bundle, you should still be able to redeem them on this page: https://secure.paizo.com/humblebundle
