There is a flag button to the upper right of each post.
If you feel some poster has said something truly objectionable, it is nearly always better to just flag that (and play the "which category is this?" game) than it is to engage them.
It is extremely, extremely rare for someone to go "You know what? You're right!" when challenged. I'm told this is true for sites other than Paizo.com as well.. ;p
Meh, I feel personally very hurt at the tipping accusation, but it's not really a reportable thing, right? Seems kind of petty.

Just imagine from his point of view:
'Well, I should contribute to this.'
'Thanks for purchasing these!'
'You're welcome. Can I download them now?'
'Well ... first you need to go to this site, setup an account, and then you can!'
'Alright, I'll bite.' Sets up the account
'Golly! You sure want to download these and we will be getting right on that. We just need to process the thousands of requests we are getting to insure they aren't spam or fake purchases. It should take untold amount of hours or days'
'But ... I bought them ...'
'Ya, well, we couldn't not insure our bottom line! That wouldn't be good for business!'
I find this perspective interesting. I'm not going to tell you what perspective to adopt, but do you consider this transaction "Buying the PDFs"?
It seems to me that the enormous disparity between twenty bucks (or whatever it is) and three hundred and fifty dollars worth of stuff does change the character of the transaction.
In my mind, Paizo have offered an inducement to donate to charity - namely a promise to gift the donator a whole truckload of PDFs. I think they have an obligation to fulfill that promise, but I don't think it's such a mercantile transaction as your thought experiment suggests.
Note your first sentence "I should contribute to this" and its evolution into "But I bought them". To me, they're not the same thing.

I feel comfortable guaranteeing that Paizo people won't judge you (I don't work there, but I know them reasonably well I think).
In my mind, it's superior to filling a thread with back-and-forth (especially since new people are being directed here for information). I also sometimes feel it helps me calm down - I don't have to engage, but I at least feel like I've done something. A staffmember can come along later and judge whether I've over-reacted.
FWIW, in cases where the offense is subtle I'll sometimes flag it and email community@paizo.com with a link to the post explaining why it's offended me so much.
Do what you want, of course, but "flag it and move on" is pretty useful in most cases, imo.

That's actually an incredibly brilliant way of explaining things. The PDF's were offered as an incentive, and incentivized rewards can fluctuate in delivery time as anyone who has ever backed a Kickstarter can tell you. Ideally they'd be placed immediately into your hands like in the best mercantile transaction, but it's not always the case. It's not even always the case for the best mercantile transactions.
Paizo clearly was not anticipating how popular their donation incentive would be. They are working round the clock to keep up with the band, and doing a decent job of it. I've managed to download the PDFs I wanted most and can rest easy knowing that the rest will be there. Anybody who has ever dealt with this company directly knows they offer excellent customer service and I think that will shine through in the end.

Yeey, another day of books not available. My first and second impression of this service suck so much. I really hope to get those books at some point, download them and and forever forget paizo or whatever it is.
P.I.T.A. :(
It is a pain. Paizo are worth persevering with though. Hopefully the content will win you back eventually.

It's exciting to see so many people sign up for the Bundle! I have to agree, though--could it have been done on a different day? I've been trying to get one of the PFS scenarios for about four hours I think (give or take) and the customizer just has no shot in Asmodeus's domain of keeping up with demand. It's not that access to PDFs and personalization has slowed--it's completely stopped, as far as I can tell.
- I've been wanting to get into pathfinder for real for a year, (I had a really casual but quite cult following group, who would sing meaning of life to open a door to a cradle) I was addicted, but the books are expensive to start.
with humble bundle of course I lept for the chance.

Sooo....
-I own fairly significant chunk of the PDFs you get in the humble deal.
-I know that there are currently serious issues with down loads.
Yet, I am still going to be taking paizo up on the deal.
Why?
Because even owning all but two of hardbacks, it is still an insanely good deal, and I know that despite the current demand and issues meeting it, I will get my PDFs. Patience, it is a skill people could do worse than to learn.

Suggestion, give it a few of days. Download once the rush has calmed down. Do you have a game you must prep for? If so, congrats, Paizo give you ample opportunity to access large chunks of the player material in other ways, such as the PRD.

... you are talking crazy talks! Patience? that's insane!.. I want it NOW... (Most probably just to see the cover... As most probably I will not read it.. same as 90% of people who bought it will not read a single book.. but hey.. I want to see that book cover NOW! Because I know I will most likely forget about it... and will move on to next thing on internet... and I feel dread about it... all I want is the quick look into cover to satisfy my empty craving to glance into something I like... I want to like... because its cool to like it... but have no time to actually do. ) ;)

Hi, new person here. I've found finding the downloads/redeeming page pretty easy. That said as a new person I looked at the amount of humble bundles sold and kinda guessed this kind of thing would happen. The hug of death has happened to much bigger websites after all :P
That said, some of you have managed to get the pdfs in the website's current state? I'd appreciate it if one of you could share the eldritch secrets with me :P

No! I must spew weirdly disproportional vitriol about how awful Paizo are because they offered a great deal , in a manner that can help lots of people, and I have no sense of proportion!

The secrets are to pick one to attempt to download, and then click the link every 1-2 minutes. It takes a while. If you time out come back and pick the same file and keep going. My second file I got 5 min after my timeout

I'm in exactly the same boat - I own a bunch of these already as either PDFs or hardbacks.
It seems there are issues with...time.
Backed the Humble Bundle.
Who is so impatient they can't wait a little while without insulting the people offering them at bargain basement prices in aid of charity?
[offering super cheap stuff to help those in need]Paizo: Here ya go!!! In your digital library for ever and ever!!!! Yay!!!!
[after deciding to support the initiative, and having to wait]Customer: You suxxors lamebrains. I nevr wont to noe who you all guys are again alreddy. Wears my stuffs?
[after posting multiple times that, yes there are issues, and fixes are in place]Paizo: We are experiencing high demand, as people, like your good self, are coming here to download the super cheap items we offered to aid charity. We are humbly surprised, and a little overwhelmed (figuratively as well, obviously, as literally) by the demand. Have fun playing the game!!!]
[after, well I don't really know, but perhaps the time is still crushing people's very souls]Customer: I'm eye-rate! I'm down gonna go to some ill-eagle cite and downlode your books I alreddy bort. You are still suxxors. Can't wait to play this lame game by suxxors. I'm gonna play it every day for ever. If I ever get to the torrent site. So unhappi. Sadmoticon.

So I had two downloads go through now. In both cases I did the following:
1) Try the download. Get stuck in personalization.
2) Try again several hours later. Get the download without a hitch.
It may be that personalized files stay valid for the rest of the day (they're date-stamped). Or I may have just caught a lucky break. Or Paizo has implemented some sort of scheme to divide "openings" among all customers.
---
I'm surprised by how hard this has hit, but I guess it makes sense. I appreciate Paizo folks keeping us in the loop about what's going on.
I think it would especially help if they provided a "recipe" for downloading, i.e. what works, what is superstition, what makes things worse?
