Hey! My world is inside out! ~pushes it back through the wormhole to fix it~
Urgh. I went to bed past 4 am... Woke up around 7 am and now I am crashing down...
I should go visit my uncle for his birthday today...
And in one week time I have a dentist visit. If I don't manage to get to diurnal cycle shifted a few hours it will be a disaster...
GOOD MORNING TREEFORTNAM!!!

A glorious morning. Despite indulging in cocktails last evening I have successfully eluded the demon Hangover and his minion Nausea.
Now another trip to Yarmouth on my sckroolbus, and then a shift tonight at the hospital.
Can you decide if you mean "Good" or "Morning"?
*grumble-grumble*

Be of good cheer Drejk! No one likes a sulky dragon! It's a beautiful day, full of potentialities! Let joy sing through your soul! Go forth and enjoy this wonderful day. Once it is gone you can never have it back!
In fact I think I will take my own advice and go walk my hounds before the humidity mounts to soup levels.
Farewell, Treeforters! At least for the nonce!
*blink*

Can't we have glorious night instead? Beautiful evening?
An eternity of blissful dreams instead of short flicker of waking lucidity?

~grins~ I hope your day improves.

Why not both? There cannot be a Ying without a Yang, after all.
As for the eternity of blissful dreams, I will defer to the Lizard King's wisdom:
No eternal reward will forgive us now for wasting the dawn.
~Jim Morrison
Hooeeee it is humid out here today! Nice breeze though

SEIZE THE DAY!!!
(And then throttle it if it tries to get away from you!)
I mean,.... "Love it and hug it and call it George." [/bugs bunny cartoon]
:)
Happy Freaky Friday Treeforters! ;P
(And yes, it IS freakin humid down south here. How did you know?) :/
Rags has brain rust again.
Still standing... Well, sitting.
It was terribly hot and I got upset stomach from canned chili con carne that I bought in Lidl and ate this morning. I think it disagreed with the overall weather or something. Drinking a bottle of coca cola for an injection of caffeine certainly didn't help. It passed when I was returning home, though I still uhm, break wind.
A pot of tea is made. I can stay up for some more time...
Ok, I think now it is late enough to go to bed...

I had a tweet liked by Ellen Datlow. :O
I seem to spend an awful lot of time in parking lots, lol
Oh well, I have The Long Mars to read, and of course the Interwebz
Plus, getting paid is never a bad thing. Although the traffic home is going to be horrid.
Traffic home is usually horrid.
Traffic home with paycheck is usually better. :)
I need every cent. This coming convention will be expensive, but I really need a break
Woke up. Got a phone call from a mother asking if I visited uncle (her younger brother) and was surprised to learn that I remembered about his birthday and went to see him.
Also, learned that there was shooting in Munich, possibly a terrorist attack...
Are Fridays going to be a world's political f-up day now?
*goes to kitchen to make tea*
Home again. Done Downton Abbey, then a nap before the overnight.
Traffic was bad, but not as bad as last time, so that's a plus.
I find it curious there's an Abbey right Downtown. Don't monks generally prefer solitude?

Monks of the Noisy Sacrament are OK without solitude.
No nap *sigh*. Too wound up
Wound up in a good way or in a bad way?
In a no Nap way. I'll just be grumpy at work. It's fine

Too hot and humid here in the midwest.
I've got a BBQ to plan for Monday. It's time for Lammas. Hard to believe the harvest is upon us.

Yup. Steak, corn on the cob, broccoli, pasta salad, maybe some potato dish. Also have to make a Lammas loaf. I'm hoping I can get my sourdough to work.
Wow. We are in for a wooly night here. Frigging Thor is pissed off, like Atticus pissed in his porridge pissed off
Got to bed past 4 am, woke up before 8 am... I am physically feeling meh.
Now I face dilemma. Should I try to sleep some more or should I try to stay as long as I can to get to sleep as late as possible? Choices... Choices... Yesterday it didn't work very well.
Have I mentioned it's 27 degree Celsius... Before 9 am?
What didn't work- the choices thing or the sleep thing?
oh- and Hello everyone! Vacation time is over- back to work on Sunday.
Sleep thing. Trying to keep up to wake up later today.
Before going to sleep yesterday I finished extra 700 words for the k2 project and sent it for a review.
