Yes. The only recommendation is that you don't use more than 1 of each card. It's your box though.
But you still need mythic charges to use the mythic charge ability on the card.

Are character add on decks aloud in society
You can add the cards from the Character Add-on Deck to the box (and you are required to if you're playing with 5 or 6 players) but you can't use characters from the Character Add-On deck unless they have the same name as a character in a Class Deck, and then you have to use that Class Deck to build their character deck.
Most relevant example of that second part is Seoni in Wrath, who is in the add-on deck (I believe). You can use that version of Seoni in conjunction with the Sorcerer Class Deck when playing in organized play.
