need some advice, for a half-orc skald, worshipper of shelyn, mistress of music, he is of ulfen descent so will take hallit as his only bonus language
Str- 16 (+2 racial)
Dex- 14
Con- 14
Int- 12
Wis- 7
Cha- 15
Alternate Racial Trait- Sacred Tattoo
Feats
1st- Lingering Performance (only one I know I want)
3rd- Spellsong
5th- Power attack
7th- Reckless Rage
9th- Skald's Vigor
11th- Greater Skald's Vigor
Fate's Favored (too good to not take with sacred tattoo)
Talented (Perform Sing) (not sure about this)
basic idea is the character is a rocker, not sure about feats other than lingering performance, and what spells should he know up to 4th level? Is the Half-orc, fcb of +1 to raging song rounds worth taking every level after first or should I stop taking it once I have so many rounds of raging Song?
BTW plan to use this for pfs.

I can't really comment on the stats or build itself as I'm useless with optimization, but I can tell you that Hallit is the KELLID tongue. You're gonna want Skald if he's of Ulfen descent. Yeah, I know that sounds like a joke, but seriously, the Ulfen language is called Skald. I guess they respect their skalds so much that they named their language after them or something.

Spellsong's ability to conceal a bard spell in a performance is kind of dubiously useful simply because bardic performances can themselves be weaponised. People need to trust you already before you can use it. Are you aiming for some concentration duration spells for the other function? If not I'd get Extra Rage Power instead.
Past level 3 you get the human FCB instead (half-orcs can do this.) Extra spells will be more useful than more raging song rounds.
Edit: I guess Spellsong might let you start a performance and a spell in the same round. Check with your GM to be sure that'd work.

I pretty much have the same stats as you.
Currently playing my last adventures at level 9, feat-wise I have:
Lingering Performance
Power Attack
Furious Focus
Arcane Strike
Cornugeon Smash
but: I'm a spell warrior skald archetype, so no point in taking Skald's Vigor or Greater Skald's Vigor... but even so, I do believe that the gain from fast healing at level 9-11 is kinda meh...
Spell Warrior archetype allows for greater versatility in combat, combined with a high intimidate and cornugeon smash + cruel weapon and no malus on the first hit Missus Gragra is a well rounded support melee character.
Regarding rage powers, spirit totem line is dope and lesser celestial blood is awesome in pfs.
Welcome in the famous Half-Orcs singers community, hope to see one of your performance someday !

Half orc skald? Here's what you do:
Dip 1 level of Bloodrager, any bloodline.
Use the Bloodline Familiar option to trade your 1st level bloodline power for a goat familiar with the Valet archetype. Goats are heavy metal. Give it leather barding, masterwork studded leather, or mithril kikko armor barding, because they have no armor check penalty.
Pick up the Amplified Rage feat.
Use Raging Song and stand next to or flank with your heavy metal goat familiar.
You now have +8 strength and constitution, and your goat has +6 strength and constitution.
