@Hilary: It's just Simon :P And no probs, I saw the group pop up in the database. Do let me know if it isn't working properly. Wow you guys only have 8 scenarios unplayed? Dammnnn... :)
EDIT: Of which 3 are not out at time of writing! :o
EDIT2: AND one is the retirement arc :o
EDIT3: One wonders what is wrong with 1-53: echoes of the everwar, part IV: the faithless dead? :)
Thanks, Simon! Sorry I was 'Kort' with you! ;)
Yes, without the tracker... No Crow PBP reunion game would be possible. Thank goodness for Tome of the Righteous Repose, APs and 3-Part Modules. But even Modules are mostly played. Our first two group adventures each featured someone burning a star (or Glutton for Punishment boon) just to sit at my table. At the time, I didn't realize that it would presage further such scheduling challenges for a reunion game!
We're diving into a 3-part module series set in the Darklands after Tome. Thanks so much for the tracker! I also use it a lot at Dreamers to schedule underplayed F2F games by typing in the names of power players that I know, and finding what scenarios are left!
Hmm

The computer I use mainly for this is running IE 11. I run Chrome on my laptop, and will have to double check how that one works.. its been a while since I logged onto the tracker from there. As for Edge, I have no experience with that, and have not ever used it.

Alright I looked into 'this' and I can't seem to reproduce it in: IE11, Chrome, Firefox or Edge.
So what I really need is a list of steps to reproduce the problem.
That is tell me what browser and if you are logged in or not. I would also like to know if you have ever reported the scenario as played before (that is if you ever marked it before and/or if any of the other types (like GM, or CORE GM) are marked)).
If anyone can gimme that info I'd appreciate it, because at the moment I just can't seem to reproduce it.

@Simon
Check out our Murder of Crows. 'The Faithless Dead' just got checked off. This is the most ridiculous group ever.
Hmm
Good gawd. Well you have some options... infinite evergreens! ... uhm if you include APs and modules you are up to some options. Oh and if you swap to CORE it is over 200 ;) Though I see one of those players has actually gone through a retirement arc on CORE, impressive.
Maybe I should add a 'most difficult groups to find scenarios to play for' statistic. ;)

CORE is not an option for a team of Tengu.

Two items. First, I'd like to reiterate that you provide a great service and thank you for.
Second. I'd like to pick a nit. Well, a double-nit. I'd like to be able to stay logged-in indefinitely. However, when I login, I inevitably end-up having to pause a second while the pop-up appears right over the menu button. Could you move the "Welcome back GinoA" pop-up and the "Logged-out" pop-up (and presumably any others) to the top-left so they don't obscure the menu?

![]() |

@Wei Ji: Excellent point, had not thought of that. :)
@Gino: Yeah I know where you're coming from. I will consider a small change as to the location of the popup. thing with staying logged in indefinately is risk. What I want to do is to extend the session lifetime and then implement proper refreshing of the session.
What that means is that if you have for example a session lifetime of a week and you'd go to the site in that week, it would refresh the session for another week. Thus if you visit every week, you'd never log out of that session.
At the moment the session lifetime is at 24 hours and the refreshing is not working correctly. I aim to go with best practices in this, but it is rather complicated and if I make changes it could easily lead to weaknesses in the security.
What I will do is up the session lifetime to a week, that can't hurt much.
(and change the location of the popup).
And thanks for the compliment!
EDIT: Session lifetime now has a base of 7 days.
EDIT2: Tried moving the notice to the left, didn't really feel it since it would fall over other menu options. Instead gave the message a bit of margin on the top so it will not fall over the menu at all. This does not work great on small mobile layout, but it never worked great on those to begin with. Let me know if this works better for you all.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the site.
Just wondering if you had any plans to add First Steps? Or if it's on there, why am I so blind and unable to find it!? I must be rolling nat 1's on my perception check.

You can find the First Steps series under Season 3, right at the bottom of the list.

Simon, I finally got around to reproducing it and it seems to be a browser issue on my side.
Being logged in I entered a play of #4-17,Tower of the Ironwood Watch for my account. Things did not update on the profile page (totals did not add the scenario) and when looking back to report for season 4 the box was not marked.
I deleted browser history and both season 4 reporting (tick box) and profile totals were correct. A test with another scenario (#7-99 Through Mealstrom Rift) had the same results.
This is in IE11.0.9600.18538 Update Version 11.0.38
EDIT
I now filled in the three Tyranny of the Winds scenarios (season 8) and there the checkbox changes correctly when selected.... weird! A test with a season 4 scenario is also correct.
EDIT2
But the totals on the profile page are not correctly recalculated, I still need to delete browser history for that.

First of all, I fracking LOVE the session tracker. Its so awesome and easy to use.
There is only one thing that i lack at the moment. Its not a real bug, more of a feature im missing.
I would realy love that in the players "progress and reporting" site, for the tiers to be shown in a paranthese after og maybe just as a mouse over info on each scenario.
That would ease a lot of picking.
Another feature i am missing is the button to choose whether or not, when finding a GM in the content site, the gm have runned the game before. It should look in his data the same way it look in the players to find a game noone have played, just in the GM data instead.
maybe as a search criteria, like:
Already GM'ed: []
Thanks. I think that would make it way easyer to find an relevant game.
David.

I pushed a update to the live version today that changes the look and underlying structure of the reporting page. This should set the stage for improvements on the reporting page next.
It also seems I accidently removed the 'batch options' a while ago when I reworked how to get to the reporting page. This build re-introduces the batch options! Woohoo!
Functionally not a lot has changed, but the code changed drastically so if you encounter any errors with reporting do let me know.

Seriously great work!
One question, is it possible to create a link to a filtered search I made? For example, a friend wants to know what 7-11 scenarios I haven't played, but they are unfamiliar with the site. I could search my unplayed games, filter to only show 7-11, then send a link to them to reproduce those results? At least from my phone, the URL does not currently change when I search and filter.
Is there another way to do this that I'm missing?

![]() |

There is no way to do it at the moment. I have considered it, but it would make for very very long URLs. Doesn't mean it isn't possible.
Maybe I could implement like a button that says 'create a permanent link to this search' which generates you a link, something like that.
But at the moment it cannot do this no.

Awesome work! This is a very nice little application.
I'd like to second the request for a "replayed" checkbox... because you can only replay a scenario once (as a player OR as a gm, but not both) it would only be one additional field to track, I think!
If this tool tracked both that and limited plays for evergreens (e.g. did I play The Confirmation at level 2? Did I assign GM credit from 8-16 to a level 4?) it'd be perfect. As it stands, I've still got that information in the local tracking spreadsheet, so I can't shift over to using this full-time just yet.
(or maybe, since these things don't necessarily impact the type of plays you're tracking, a notes field for each scenario would let us keep track of them somewhat manually?)

Oh, right--you're correct.
