If you do allow some of the more monsterous races, would you allow a strix character? If so, would you allow strix feats from the monster codex?
Strix are fine. I'm not as familiar with those feats, so I'll need to check exactly what they do.
The one I'm really looking at allows strix to told their wings to look like a feathery cloak and allow them to blend in as pale, lithe humans.

I'm okay with multiple character submissions, but please keep it limited to two or three at most so you don't overwhelm me with different concept from one player.
And I do indeed have a starting point. One that even makes it possible for characters from all over the world to be in one place and have a reason to work together.

@ Deko: are you sure that's in the monster codex? I can't find it on the PFSRD and there's not a strix section in the Monster Codex.

Sorry, meant the Inner Sea Races. Laptop is in the shop so I don't have access to my books. There's that feat and a couple more that would be interesting for a strix character, just can't remember them all lol.

I don't think Paizo has updated their PRD with that book yet, and for some reason d20 doesn't have it yet. When I get my laptop back I'll post the into on them.

It might be an idea to consider as a replacement, though, if you're looking for something easier to run. They fill similar niches without bringing in Mythic's huge numbers boosts. Even with your nerfs in mind.
IIRC, material from campaign setting books does not go on the PRD. And d20 usually waits a while before putting the material on their site. Also, Inner Sea Races is on the backlog for Archives of Nethys, so it might be a little while before it's on there.
You might also have a browse around Archives of Nethys, I find that usually has a really good collection of stuff. Might be somewhere in there.

As for Gestalt, I already know how I want to include mythic, so I don't want to pile multiple different systems on top of each other. So no gestalt.
